Finland is known as the Land of the Thousand Lakes, and Tampere is situated between two particularly beautiful expanses of water. So what could be a more suitable way to spend some of your time here than a lake cruise? Let your mind repose as you sit on the deck gazing over the calm sweep of the water at the beautiful scenery along the shore. See how Finns have their small summer houses and saunas on the shores. On board you’ll be served with a buffet lunch, and you’ll be entertained with guitar music.

Programme description:

You will receive a warm welcome at the Tampere-Pirkkala Airport. After check-in at Hotel Ilves in a very heart of the city, you will be guided along the Tammerkoski Rapids to have dinner. If you feel like it, you can continue spending the white night touring the various pubs and bars, and even end up trying out the local top night club.

On Friday morning, you have the chance to take a closer look at the original historical factory milieu in the very heart of Tampere. After that you can explore the city from a different perspective, enjoying both the beautiful mid-summer scenery and delicious buffet lunch onboard Restaurant Boat m/s Tampere.
